Kitty: “Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii”.

This is fascinating! Dublin: Then and Now (1961 and 2011)

La Sposa: Dublin

This is one of my favourite photos taken on my iphone, the day after the wedding. I wanted to wear it again… even if it was just in our hotel room. If i could, i’d wear it everyday.

Dublin, capital of Ireland, was founded by Viking pirates over a thousand years ago. The lovely city stands at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains, facing Dublin bay and is famous for its magnificent Georgian architecture and spacious streets. Through it flows the swathe of the river Liffey, which rises in the heart of the Wicklow hills. O’Connell Street, the main thoroughfare, crosses the river by O’Connell Bridge.
